The effort required is in proportion to the originality of ideas being forged + the ability to translate abstract thinking into intelligible forms and the urgency of the times. All good things take time and best you don't fall into the "I must post something every day or week" trap.
Whenever we subscribe to a creator on here, there's a prompt to separately subscribe to the creator's podcast, which is just a RSS feed of their A/V posts. So only people who complete that prompt will get this in their podcast apps.
I get just audio and audio/visual in my inbox on Substack. As long as there's audio, you're good. I tend not to have time to watch videos, but listen throughout the day to the audio -- with or without video.
